Is There An Easy Way to Quit Sugar?

Is There An Easy Way to Quit Sugar?

The answer is Yes! There is an easy way to quit sugar.

A resounding Yes!

The “easy way” takes a little set up so bear with me.

Well, is there a hard way to quit sugar?

There is absolutely a hard way and I’ll show you how to avoid that too.

The first thing you need to do is train yourself to look at the bigger picture of life.

I heard a great quote one time.

“Most people spend more time planning just one vacation in their life than they do in planning their entire life”

You need to pull back and take a look at the 40,000-foot view. You know the view. It’s the one you see when you look out the window of an airplane.

Do this.

Draw a line on the piece of paper.

Just a straight line.

Really do this. Stop now and get that paper out.

Now on it I want you to put “birth” on the left side and 100 years old on the right side at the end of the line.

Now break it down into sections of 25 years.

So, 25, 50 and 75 and draw approximately where they would be.

OK, now I want you to draw your exact age on the line. So if you’re 55 draw it just past the 50 hash mark and label it. “I’m here.”

Now I want you to insert the average life expectancy males if you’re male and females if you’re female.

The average life expectancy US males = 76.3 years.

The average life expectancy US females = 81.3 years.

Now color in the time between your current age and your life expectancy.

That’s how much time you have left.

This is not including if you’re sick and not able to enjoy yourself near the end of your life. Possibly from complications due to too much sugar ingestion – commonly called “lifestyle diseases.”

Hopefully, you have a picture of how much of your life is behind you and how much is left.

So the two questions you need to ask yourself now are…

How have you spent the beginning of your life?

And even more important:

How do you want to spend the remaining years of your life?

If you have done your research on sugar and ended up here we do know one thing.

You have a desire to change your life around sugar. You know the possibility exists that some of your health issues and possibly your weight gains are caused by the sugar you ingest.

The real scary part is the newer evidence, coming out daily, that sugar may contribute to everything from heart disease to Alzheimer’s disease and you’ve seen those diseases in your family.

So what’s the easy way to quit or control sugar in your life?

The way that you suffer the least?

Have the least cravings, the least relapses and gain all your weight back. What’s the way that your friends and family accept your new lifestyle and support you?

The easy way is commonly called “cold turkey”.

We like to call it “abstinence.”

You need to get a set amount of time of complete sugar abstinence under your belt so you can make rational, clear minded and informed decisions on how you want to move forward.

Did you just feel a tinge of fear as you read the last lines?

Fear that we may ask you to quit sugar forever?

Relax.

We would never do that.

That decision is always yours to make.

What we’d like to show you is a better way to make one of the “big” decisions of your life. A better way based on facts and experience. Base on years and years of success with hundreds of people.

What we know for sure is you’ve probably already tried to quit cold turkey before.

It’s hard without help, support and a few tricks we’ve learned over the years. But it is surely the way to reduce your suffering, cravings, and to keep relapses to a minimum.

I can’t stress enough the need for a few days with no sugar, just to see what it’s like.

Almost 100% of folks report near zero cravings when they get to a certain point.

I forgot to tell you the hard way to quit. Heck, by now you probably already know the hard way. It’s the one where you “wean off”, eat just a little less and never really feel what sugar freedom means.

Meaning you still have constant cravings drawing you back. It’s been proven by us and by many others that cravings fall to near zero when there is no sugar in the system. In other words, sugar in the system causes the hardcore cravings! Join us:  Quit Sugar Now.

The abstinence is not forever! Only you choose that. It’s about a deeper learning of your own body.
