This was a rough day for me. It is driving me crazy that I haven’t settled into a schedule and my eating schedule is all messed up.
I am sooo irritated that I forget to eat and get so hungry I feel week but then I go beyond the point of feeling like eating and just get sick and grumpy. It was bad at night trying to work and feeling like crap. I forced down a banana which helped but then I just could eat anything else.
I’m determined to get on a good schedule…maybe I need to just set my alarm to remind me when I need to eat! hehehe
Any other good suggestions!?!?
