Who Talks About Poop and Pee in Relation to Sugar?

Who Talks About Poop and Pee in Relation to Sugar?

It’s another beautiful, sunny day in Southern California. Would you folks in the northern US get too mad at me if I said it’s still a little chilly for me at 62 degrees Fahrenheit?

Don’t hate too bad. My hometown was one of the first to get buried in lake effect snow this year. I’m here for a reason – the sun.

We get folks with both issues.

Constipation and IBS (Irritable Bowel Syndrome)

IBS can cover both issues. It can manifest both ways.

Sometimes folks with constipation never think about IBS.

But a lot of our clients complain about constipation when they first come in.

Remarkably both issues seem to clear when sugar and/or fructose is removed from the diet.

Well, “clear” is a relative term in this case.

There is a bit of a detox that’s not fun right at the beginning. After that things settle down nicely and return to normal.

I don’t want to say it’s like magic but hell, yes I do.   …It’s like magic.

Once folks stop using sugar, or all types of fructose in some cases, their digestion returns to normal.

Lots of you guys have accepted my role as the guy who does weird experiments on his body, does tons of research and then passes it on to you. I actually love the job and as long as you keep reading, I’ll keep experimenting, working with other folks and reporting my results

Well, my theory on the constipation is pretty simple. Brain dead simple really. And to be honest it’s just a ton of common sense too.

When I first start working with people I ask them about how they’re pooping and peeing.

It throws them a little.

Kind of like “what does that have to do with anything?”

Actually, everything.

One of the symptoms of diabetes is frequent urination. People pee a lot.

Wellllll , one of the things I hear in 90% of the folks I work with is – yup, – frequent urination.

Like 20 or more times a day frequent.

And frequent thirst to go with that, they drink lots of water.

The second thing I hear about is very rare bowel movements.

So define “very rare” Mike.

How does once every 3 or 4 or even 5 days sound?

When I first started I couldn’t believe what I was hearing.

But it kept happening.

As best as I can figure, following Dr. Lustig’s belief that sugar is a toxin, is that the body is just trying to get the stuff out as fast at it can, that is taking a LOT of fluids.

On the reverse side, no pun intended, not enough water or fluids is left to make the bowels soft and manageable so we end up with rock hard stools. Basically, we’re drying ourselves out.

Is all this a little too graphic for everyone?

Sorry about that but somebody has to say these things.

Sure my explanation is simplistic, but two plus two can certainly equal four.

Always remember that the scientists, authors, doctors, and researchers are waging war with the businesses that sell sugar and the facts are blurred right now. You need to decide these things for yourself till the squirmish is settled.

Let’s just stay out of the fray, we do.

More important are the changes in real live people. People who came in constipated and are now regular as a clock.

The only difference? No Sugar.

No “Poop medicine” as my mother calls it.

No other intervention.

If you’d like to start 2017 a different person there is still time to do that here!

It wouldn’t be fair to the folks who already signed up to add to many more people but the first call is Monday so now is the time. We can add just a few more.

Frankly, I was just tired of being a “bathroom expert” I knew where every bathroom, with easy of entry, was in my entire life. My friends were young, some wise ass, guys at the time too. They weren’t afraid to say “You pee a lot for a guy who doesn’t drink.” Tired of all that? Join us.
