Hi, love the site and so glad that I found you. However just one small niggle, if it’s possible for you to do this it would I think make things a little easier for noobies like me and that with regard to the sugar challenge could you put page one the welcome page in say your left hand column. That way folks wouldn’t have to scroll through everything to get to the very beginning.
One click and they are right at the beginning.
Anyway really glad I found you.

It’s not easy to change a habit or an addiction. I read somewhere before, it will take at least 21 days for human to develop a habit. Instead of trying to lose an addiction, I think it is easier to develop a healthy habit than to lose one and you get it done in 21 days. How about changing your diet and eating habit?

Jennifer, I’ve read that too…however in my experience I think it actually takes more than 21 days. However, I actually do in general have very healthy eating habits; but it is the habit of eating more sugar than I should that has got to go. Unfortunately there is no “everything in moderation” for me on this, so it needs to just be cut from my diet completely to really have a good and healthy diet. I’m very grateful for your support!

This is not an easy challenge to do especially when it is an addiction. I wish all the best for you and I will keep in touch with your progress. Don’t give it up half way! You have my support and I believe that you will and you can do it!
