Fructose Malabsorption – This Sugar Thing Could Be Serious.

Fructose Malabsorption - This Sugar Thing Could Be Serious.

Originally called Dietary Fructose Intolerance – Fructose Malabsorption has symptoms that some of us may recognize.

Tummy troubles, bloating, diarrhea, cramping, pain, indigestion, or constipation can all be signs of “Fructmal”.

I know, right? I never heard of it either.

A lot of people believe fructmal causes some cases of IBS – Irritable Bowel Syndrome.

The short version of the science is that some people are just sensitive to fructose (the stuff that makes sugar and fruit sweet) and their body does not absorb or deal with it well. As a result, they have the list of symptoms above as the bacteria in the colon eat up the excess fructose.

There is a simple breath test you can take to see if this might be causing any of the symptoms you may have. No blood draw, and it can be done at the doctor’s office. They actually even have DIY at home version on Amazon.

In my own personal experience, I think I have a level of intolerance for sure. After almost three decades with no processed sugar of any kind, I decided to do an experiment.

The same one the doctors all recommend, even above or before the breath test. Just eliminate all fructose for 4 to 6 weeks and see how you feel.

Now where have we heard that solution before? LOL Link<<

Well, let me tell you. I did eat a healthy diet including some fruit and it never seemed to bother me.

But let’s just say my “digestion” wasn’t what I’d call the best either.

Less than a month in not only did that little issue clear completely but my dry skin and some adult acne also cleared up. And I was sleeping a little better too.

I’m in the process of adding back a little fruit to see where my tolerance level is.

I would never have thought about fructmal in a million years. I just stumbled on it one day in this world of sugar research.

It’s wild that the doctors all say the answer to finding out if fructose might be an issue in your body is to just quit it for a 4 to 6 weeks and see how you feel.

That’s exactly what I’m always saying about the processed white stuff with fructose in it!

But folks don’t come to SugarAddiction.com because they don’t know they want to quit…

They come to find out exactly how.

How, because they’ve tried before with less than optimal results.

If you’d like to get your first four weeks in – in December so you’re ready for your “Biggest Year Ever” in 2017 then join us and let’s quit the fructose together…

See you on the inside.

I actually love testing my body for different things like this. It may have evolved from testing it physically. If you’re like that and you want answers to your sugar stuff in a supportive environment – supplemented by the facts – just check it out here. Only a few more days left. <<Click.
