Slept in until 9:30! Darn Monday morning weigh ins…135 lbs. So I lost a pound…was hoping it would be more. But I’m on week 5 and still sugar and flour free…sans a couple beers and glasses of wine!
I’m proud of myself for sticking to it but I do need to cut back on the popcorn and plantain chips! Maybe 1 splurge a week? Oh and I think maybe the cheese isn’t helping either…might need to watch Forks Over Knives again as motivation! hehehe
I had a very productive work meeting today and I think that really helped boost my mood; it’s giving me focus, motivation and something to do! Getting to talk it all through also helped!
So though I’m currently back on the couch vegging in front of a cheezy movie, I’m geared up to start working again tomorrow!
