Not much to say today; it was basically a repeat of Saturday. I woke up motivated but went down hill pretty quickly and ended up spending another day lazing around the house. Despite another depressing day I still ended up eating ok and resisting temptation. It was helped by the fact that I only left the house once to get a couple movies (no food temptations) and some friends to distract me.

I understand! Sometimes it takes time to make changes. My food was so much better today. Got back to eating veggies. My body was happy about that. Hubby wants steak-told go get one and I'll cook it for him but I'm not going to have any. It will get better.
Glad that you had a good day Bobbi! It is a horrible trick I play with myself; I too feel so much better when I eat well, but I get caught in the vicious cycle of wanting crap when I don’t feel well, which makes me feel worse, which then makes me want more crap. That is just ridiculous!
