Woke up and felt good at 8am; despite a long night! However after I got up and had a banana I started to feel very tired and a nasty headache coming on, so I decided to get a little more rest.
I got up a couple hours later feeling much better. My grumpiness greatly subsided and I think I’ve beaten my first big hurdle.
I had a fairly productive day and resisted temptation…of sugar and flour. But I once again pigged out on quiche, flourless grilled cheese and plantain chips (not all at once). I know I’m just substituting, however, I don’t know it that is ok to do to get past the first few weeks or if I’m just putting off the inevitable. Not sure what the inevitable would be, but I guess dragging out the withdrawal maybe?
Have a feeling with all the cheese and plantain chips I’ve eaten this week, I’m not going to be happy with my weigh in tomorrow! Fingers crossed….
